We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and professional Maintenance/Intermediate Technician.
Responsibilities:
Apartment Turnovers, Tenant Service Requests, Maintain Well Kept Grounds, General Repairs & Overall Property Improvements.
Troubleshoot and repair most major and all minor mechanical systems.
Complete all unit turnovers & resident service orders in timely manner, while demonstrating quality workmanship.
Ensure that the property is kept clean at all times. Keep storage areas well organized and maintain stock. Keep stairways, walkways, landings & parking areas clear of hazards, debris & properly salted in winter months. Maintain exterior lighting.
Provide responsive, professional customer service at all times.
Ideal candidate MUST HAVE prior experience and strong attention to detail, high standards of excellence, and a PROFESSIONAL CAN-DO attitude! Must be proficient in apartment maintenance and repairs including plumbing, minor electrical, painting, drywall, locks, appliances and carpentry. Must be a self-starter & able to work efficiently without supervision. Must be team oriented & demonstrate good time management skills. Must be well organized, productive & able to meet deadlines.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Must have excellent work history and references.
Must pass drug/background and reference check.
Valid driver's license required.
Must reside in or within 15 mi of Rosamond/Tehachapi. Live on site may be an option.
